Deleting your account

- 1Go to Account, then Profile, and scroll to "Delete account."
- 2Confirm by typing "delete". This is deliberate friction so it can’t happen by accident.
- 3Your account deactivates immediately.
The 10-day grace period
For 10 days your account is deactivated but recoverable. Just sign back in to restore it completely. After 10 days it is permanently erased.
Financial transaction records may be retained where the law requires it (receipts, refunds, payout history), even after the account itself is erased.
