Team fundraising
Raise it together.
One shared goal, many people pushing it forward. Teammates, classmates, congregations, and crews each get their own link and their own spot on the leaderboard, while every dollar lands in one place.
Team leaderboard
Example- 1MMaya9 donations$740
- 2DDev7 donations$615
- 3SSam5 donations$480
- 4LLena4 donations$310
Shared goal, one progress bar for everyone.
One shared goal
One campaign, one story, one total. The whole team pushes the same progress bar.
Everyone counted
Each member gets a personal page and link. Gifts through it are credited to them on the leaderboard.
Money moves like always
Donations go to the campaign exactly as on any Givvent fundraiser. Credit is recognition, never a split.
How it works
From one campaign to a whole team, in three steps.
Start a team campaign
Create a campaign and check "Make this a team fundraiser", or turn it on later from Settings. You stay the organizer.
Members join with a link
Share one invite link. Anyone who joins gets their own member page and their own shareable link, no setup needed.
Every gift counts twice
Each donation grows the shared total and credits the member whose link brought it in, live on the leaderboard.
What you get
Built for the group effort, honest about the money.
Personal member pages
Every member gets a page with their photo, their message, and an optional personal goal of their own.
A live leaderboard
The campaign page shows who raised what, updating as donations come in. Friendly competition included.
Recognition, not bookkeeping
Attribution never changes where money goes, what fees apply, or what receipts say. It is credit, pure and simple.
The organizer stays in charge
Only the organizer edits the campaign. Manage the roster from your dashboard and remove members if you need to.
Works for nonprofits too
Team campaigns can benefit a verified nonprofit, on the same rails as any nonprofit fundraiser.
History stays honest
If someone leaves the team, everything they raised stays counted. Refunds are reflected everywhere, automatically.
Good to know
Questions teams ask.
Do members handle any money?
No. Every donation goes to the campaign itself, to the same single payout destination as any Givvent fundraiser. Members raise and get credit; they never touch funds.
Who can join a team?
Anyone with the invite link and a Givvent account. Joining is open by design, and the organizer can remove anyone from the roster at any time.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
Their raised total stays counted toward the campaign and their past donations keep their credit, shown as a former member. Their link stops crediting new gifts.
Does team fundraising cost more?
No. A team campaign has exactly the same fees as a standard campaign. How fees work
Can I turn an existing campaign into a team?
Yes. Open your campaign Settings and switch on Team fundraising. Your page, donations, and payout setup are unchanged.
