Pausing or closing your campaign

To temporarily stop accepting donations, use the Pause option on the campaign in your organizer dashboard. You can resume any time. To end the fundraiser permanently, use Close.
Closing stops new donations but doesn’t undo anything: funds already raised still pay out normally, and your campaign page stays visible with its story and totals.
Need the campaign fully removed from the site? Submit a support ticket. Donation records are always preserved for donors’ receipts and legal compliance, even when a page is removed.
