Cancelling a monthly donation

You can cancel a monthly donation at any time, and there are two ways to do it. Use whichever is easier for you.
From your dashboard (signed in)
- 1Sign in and open your dashboard.
- 2Go to the Recurring donations section.
- 3Find the gift you want to stop and choose Cancel.
Prefer not to sign in? Every email about your monthly donation, the setup confirmation and each monthly receipt, includes a "Manage or cancel" link that opens a secure page for that plan. One tap there cancels it.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You won’t be charged again, and we’ll email you a confirmation. Donations already processed aren’t refunded by cancelling; see "Requesting a refund" if you need one.
