How donations reach the campaign

Every donation is processed by Stripe and routed directly to the campaign organizer’s connected Stripe account. Givvent never holds your money in a pooled balance. It moves from your card to the organizer’s payout account as part of the payment itself.
Givvent takes 0% of your donation. The only cost along the way is Stripe’s payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and donors can cover it at checkout. The remainder settles automatically to the organizer’s bank on Stripe’s payout schedule. There is no manual withdrawal step.
Want the campaign to get every cent?
If you tick "cover the costs" at checkout (it’s on by default), a small amount is added to your total so the campaign receives the full amount you intended to give.
You can always see exactly what you’ll be charged and what the campaign receives before you confirm. The breakdown is shown right on the payment sheet.
